Saykon’s journey in product development began in the pharmaceutical industry as a bench chemist, but it didn’t take long for her to discover her true passion in the beauty world. After a decade of success – and becoming a mother – she realized there was still a gap in effective products for 3a-4c hair textures. Driven by this frustration, Saykon decided to take matters into her own hands and create a solution.
